Testimonial by Paul Greaves - Head of Partner Channel, THUS plc

For a small business we're fortunate to be able to offer a range of services. This isn't being a jack-of-all-trades because we're actually very skilled at what we do. One of our skill-sets is web development and we can evidence some top class work in this area.

One area that I'm particularly interested in is Internet Marketing and I spend significant amounts of my 'spare' time in researching this facet of marketing, which is becoming increasingly important.

Having a website is one thing, being found on the web is a completely different thing and requires a different tool bag and the knowledge to use it effectively.

Being conscious of this allows us to build in to our web development process certain elements to help raise the profile of the site for search engines, not least of which is having an awareness of relevant keywords, metatags and internal and external links to name a few.

If you're thinking of having a new site developed for yourself don't forget to ask your prospective developer what they will be doing to assist you in this regard!
